What we collect

When you request vehicle offers, we collect the information you provide: vehicle details, location, condition, ownership information, existing offer, contact details and contact permission. Do not include identification documents, bank details or other sensitive documents in this form.

How we use it

We use your information to review your vehicle, contact you, arrange an inspection if needed, request dealer offers and coordinate a possible sale. We record the date and text version of your contact permission. Submission does not authorize unrelated marketing.

Sharing with dealers and service providers

We share vehicle information with relevant dealers to request offers. We do not include your phone number or email in initial dealer requests. Any direct introduction is coordinated with you. Our hosting and storage providers process information to operate this website. We do not sell your contact details to advertising lists.

Measurement

We record basic page visits and form-stage events, and store campaign tags and advertising click identifiers supplied in the page URL with your request. We do not set advertising cookies or load third-party advertising pixels in this version. A daily hashed network identifier is used to limit abusive submissions. Visits are approximate and do not identify a unique person by themselves.

Retention and your choices

We retain request records while working on your request and evaluating our pilot. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to stop further contact. We may retain records needed for an active transaction or required recordkeeping. We will confirm your identity before fulfilling a request. Text STOP to stop texts, or email us to withdraw contact permission.

Security

Lead records are stored server-side. Access to our lead management area is restricted to the owner. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We do not request payment details through this website.
